About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Marketing Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. This role requires field marketing, customer interaction, and generating leads for modular kitchen, home interior & related services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through field visits, market surveys, and references.
  • Meet potential customers, understand their requirements, and explain company products/services.
  • Maintain follow-up communication with customers to convert leads into sales.
  • Promote brand awareness and represent the company professionally in the market.
  • Coordinate with the interior design team to schedule site visits and share accurate customer requirements.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports of marketing activities and customer interactions.
  • Achieve monthly sales/lead targets assigned by the company.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and social media promotions when required.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiation & convincing ability
  • Understanding of marketing and basic sales techniques
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / WhatsApp / Google Maps

Additional Requirements

  • Candidate must have a two-wheeler & valid driving license
  • Familiar with local areas and market trends
  • Presentable personality and strong customer handling capability

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary:
    ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
