Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pusad, Hinganghat and yavatmal for a Team Lead Sales. The Team Lead Sales will oversee day-to-day sales operations, manage a team of sales representatives, ensure customer satisfaction, analyze sales data, and develop sales strategies. The Team Lead Sales will also be responsible for setting sales targets, monitoring team performance, providing training, and maintaining effective communication within the team.
