Executive Assistant to CEO

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, critical thinker, and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You'll play a key role in managing the CEO's time, communication, and strategic priorities, ensuring seamless execution across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the CEO with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, presentations, and follow-up action items.
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage daily priorities.
2. Communication & Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth information flow across teams and departments.
- Draft and proofread professional communication, reports, and documents.
3. Project & Strategic Support
- Assist with ongoing strategic initiatives and business operations.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare executive summaries or briefing documents.
- Track deliverables and deadlines for key projects and follow up with team members.
4. Administrative Oversight
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
- Support event planning, board meetings, and executive offsites.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and office documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
