Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Coordinator to support student engagement, outreach activities, and lead-generation initiatives across Kerala. The role includes coordinating institutional visits, conducting awareness sessions, managing events, and strengthening relationships with academic and community partners.

A short self-introduction video is required from all applicants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduled visits to schools, colleges, and educational hubs across Kerala.
  • Conduct interactive student sessions, presentations, and awareness programs.
  • Build positive relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and local partners.
  • Collect accurate student and parent information and update all records in the CRM.
  • Assist with offline branding activities such as posters, brochures, and event setups.
  • Develop community networks, referral partners, and local outreach channels.
  • Generate quality leads through institutional engagement and awareness campaigns.
  • Participate in education expos, campus programs, fairs, and promotional events.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities with institutions and local organizations.
  • Track outreach performance based on engagement quality and conversions.
  • Coordinate timely follow-ups with the Sales and Counseling teams.
  • Encourage student walk-ins through consistent engagement efforts.
  • Maintain daily logs of visits, leads gathered, and completed tasks.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
  • Support internal teams with campaigns and outreach initiatives whenever required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory).
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales support, outreach, business development, or academic engagement.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Willingness to travel within Kerala as per outreach schedules.
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage student interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable with field engagement activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
