VMC Steel Private Limited is an IATF 16949:2016 certified company specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality stainless steel tubes, tubular components, and fabrication.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Manager located in Greater Noida with the following responsibilities:

  1. Support day-to-day sales operations,

  2. Build and maintain relationships with customers,

  3. Monitoring market trends,

  4. Generating and followup of new leads,

  5. Meeting company's sales targets,

  6. Preparing sales reports,

  7. Identifying new business opportunities, and

  8. Coordinating with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.

Qualifications

  1. Sales and marketing proficiency, including skills in business development and customer relationship management.

  2. 5–8 years of experience in sales of stainless-steel tubes/pipes, metal products, or other industrial B2B product.

  3. Experience in dealing with OEMs.

  4. Understanding of the stainless steel industry or manufacturing sector is an advantage.

  5. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  6. Ability to analyze market trends, generate leads, and develop effective sales strategies.

  7. Proficiency in preparing and presenting sales reports and meeting set targets.

  8. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  9. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
