Job Summary: ● We're hiring a Content & Email Operations Executive with 1–2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be confident in content creation, email drafting, backend support tasks, and process communication. ● This role demands a proactive approach, excellent English communication, and adaptability to shift -based work for international client support.Requirements Responsibilities: ● Write, edit, and proofread articles, communication drafts, and internal content ● Independently handle content -related tasks and backend email process support ● Draft and review professional email content aligned with process accuracy ● Collaborate with cross -functional teams to deliver consistent messaging ● Monitor email performance metrics and provide improvement suggestions ● Maintain quality and timeliness across assigned communication deliverables Eligibility Criteria: ● Graduation completed in any stream (Mandatory) ● 1–2 years of experience in content writing, proofreading, email copywriting, or backend communication support ● Excellent command of written and verbal English ● Smart, accountable, and capable of managing tasks with minimal supervision ● Openness to work in shift -based roles (dedicated night or rotational shifts) Soft Skills: ● Detail -oriented with strong grammar and editing abilities ● Structured thinking and clarity in content delivery ● Ownership -driven mindset with good time management ● Collaborative and responsive team member Hard Skills (Preferred but not mandatory): ● Familiarity with email platforms or content tools ● Proficiency in writing/editing tools (e.g., Google Docs, Grammarly) ● Exposure to backend communication or marketing workflows ● Understanding of email formatting, campaign handling, or client support systems Shift & Work Mode: ● Training Period: In -office, fixed day shift (Ahmadabad candidates only) ● Post -Training: Work from home in rotational or dedicated night shifts, depending on client requirements.Benefits PF + Bonus
