Site Engineer

1. Site Supervision & Execution

• Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor and ensure quality control of materials and workmanship.
• Ensure tasks are completed within project timelines.

2. Technical Duties

• Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS), quantity take-offs, and material requirements.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and propose practical solutions.

3. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
• Attend site meetings and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Liaise with consultants for inspections and approvals.

4. Site Documentation

• Maintain daily site records, including work progress, manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of inspections, test results, and work approvals.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Identify hazards and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Work in compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16, ₹40,000.00 per month
