A Human Experience Executive will oversee building's operations, maintenance, and support services to ensure it's safe, functional, and efficient for its users focuses on a positive work environment that enhances guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing the team and the client, developing training programs, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, overseeing vendors and contractors, managing budgets and finances, and coordinating essential services.Candidate Preference:Should possess a minimum of 2 to 3 years of Hotel Experience Key Responsibilities:Guest experiences management and enhancement initiatives Staff training and development in customer service excellence Employee engagement and retention Quality assurance and feedback management systems Cross-departmental collaboration requirements Quality Performance metrics and KPI management Team Player Communication and presentation skills Technology proficiency Understanding of Accounts / MIS / Administrative Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong interpersonal and communication skills Leadership and team management Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Organisational skills and the ability to multitask Preferred Qualifications:Graduate in any field (preferably Hotel Management) Nice-to-have skills or certifications Industry-specific knowledge & experience Advanced degrees or professional development Location: On-site Coimbatore, TNScheduled Weekly Hours: 48 If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you dont meet all of the requirements.
