We are looking for a motivated and proactive Swiggy/Zomato Executive to handle online food delivery platforms, boost brand visibility, manage product listings, and drive sales growth for our FMCG products on Swiggy and Zomato platforms. The role involves coordination with aggregator teams, ensuring smooth operations, and achieving sales targets.

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee daily operations on Swiggy/Zomato accounts.
  • Upload, update, and optimize product listings, pricing, offers, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with Swiggy/Zomato representatives for campaigns, visibility, and marketing opportunities.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Ensure stock availability, timely order processing, and smooth delivery execution.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalation management through aggregator platforms.
  • Plan and implement promotional activities to increase sales and market share.
  • Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies for improvement.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of Swiggy/Zomato platforms and aggregator-based business models.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven with good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
