Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on
Group Account Manager
to take ownership of Ting's branding & packaging vertical. The role combines client-facing responsibilities with internal team leadership, ensuring seamless project execution, creative excellence, and operational efficiency. You will be the go-to person for all branding & packaging projects, driving both creative output and team growth, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client-Facing Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for all branding & packaging projects.
- Strategically contribute to client projects, providing creative insights, asking the right questions, and ensuring projects meet business objectives.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all project milestones, while managing client expectations effectively.
- Oversee project billing, invoicing, and adherence to financial timelines.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (strategy, design, copywriting, web) to deliver cohesive brand solutions.
Internal Team & Operational Responsibilities:
- Maintain and track the health of the branding & packaging vertical at the project level, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Onboard new projects, define processes, and assemble high-performing project teams.
- Drive creative collaboration and knowledge sharing across functions.
- Spearhead adoption of new processes and tools across teams to improve efficiency and quality.
- Identify and implement AI-led initiatives to streamline creative processes and enhance team productivity.
- Coach, mentor, and upskill the team to build confidence, improve timelines, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading branding & packaging projects in a creative agency or similar environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of branding, design, packaging, and creative strategy.
- Ability to think strategically and contribute creatively to client projects.
- Comfortable managing client relationships and delivering high-quality presentations.
- Experience in process building, team leadership, and operational excellence.
- Knowledge of AI tools for creative workflows is a plus.
