Plant Head

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead end-to-end factory operations, improve productivity, manage teams, and ensure smooth, safe, and cost-efficient manufacturing. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven experience in plant management and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee entire plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, planning, and dispatch.
- Drive daily production targets and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Implement Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
- Manage manpower allocation, shift planning, and team performance.
- Maintain quality standards and minimize defects, wastage, and rework.
- Ensure statutory compliance, workplace safety, and machine maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and management for smooth workflow.
- Optimize cost control, resource utilization, and inventory management.
- Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.
- Build a strong team culture with discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹420, ₹500,000.00 per year
