Job Description:

  • Develop and plan menus, create new recipes
  • Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring high-quality and consistent dishes are served to guests
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment by enforcing food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Inspect raw and cooked food to ensure quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments, like restaurant management, to align with business goals.
  • Monitor portion sizes and minimize waste through efficient kitchen practices.

Requirements:

  • Must know to make pizza, neapolitan pizza (mandatory).
  • Minimum 4 years' experience and expertise in continental cuisine (Italian).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
