Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle export documentation (LCs, BLs, invoices, packing lists) and ensure compliance with DGFT, FSSAI, and customs regulations
  • Communicate with global buyers via email and calls; manage client relationships
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with overseas clients
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics partners
  • Track shipments, manage delivery timelines, and resolve post-shipment issues
  • Maintain export records and generate MIS reports for management
  • Collaborate with production and inventory teams to align dispatch schedules

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
