About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Executive who can manage employee laptops, software installations, and user support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software systems and will handle employee queries related to applications, logins, and day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage laptop setup, configuration, and user access for employees.
  • Install, update, and troubleshoot business software and productivity tools.
  • Handle day-to-day user queries related to software, system access, and performance.
  • Understand internal software (ERP, CRM, HRMS, etc.) and assist users in navigating and resolving application-level issues.
  • Maintain a record of IT assets, licenses, and software usage.
  • Ensure all systems comply with IT policies, antivirus protection, and data security protocols.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or internal tech teams for issue resolution and upgrades.
  • Prepare documentation for IT processes, FAQs, and user support guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (BCA/B.Tech/MCA preferred).
  • 34 years of experience in IT support or software/system administration.
  • Strong understanding of software applications, user query handling, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in Windows OS, Office 365, and commonly used business tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
  • Exposure to ERP/CRM or other internal business software will be an advantage.
