Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in insurance sales, customer service, or relationship management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance policies, claims processes, and client servicing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle client concerns effectively.
