The Content Writer – Product, NPD & Website will play a key role in shaping how Dermatouch communicates its new products and brand stories. This role involves close collaboration with R&D, NPD, and Marketing teams to develop content for new product launches, packaging, and website listings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, attention to detail, and the ability to convert product science into simple, engaging, and persuasive copy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write clear, compelling, and accurate content for new product launches — including product names, claims, descriptions, and ingredient stories.
  • Collaborate with NPD and R&D teams to understand product formulations, benefits, and unique selling points (USPs).
  • Create and update website content, including product pages, collection pages, and landing pages.
  • Write SEO-optimized product and website content to enhance visibility and conversions.
  • Develop storytelling content for campaigns, packaging, emailers, and blogs related to product launches.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Dermatouch's tone, branding, and dermatological accuracy.
  • Proofread and edit product-related content for clarity, grammar, and compliance.
  • Work closely with designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of copy and visuals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in content writing, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, or D2C e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of beauty, skincare ingredients, and product communication.
  • Excellent command of English, with strong writing, editing, and research skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing concepts, and CMS platforms.
  • Ability to translate technical or scientific information into easy-to-understand content.
