Job Overview

We are seeking a Billing Executive to join our team at Atlas Factory Outlet. This is a full-time position based in Perumbavoor, Muvattupuzha, and Angamali and is open to freshers with up to 1 year of work experience. As a Billing Executive, you will play a key role in processing invoices and managing accounts, leveraging your proficiency in billing software and communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data organization and financial reporting (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with billing software to process transactions and manage billing records (Mandatory skill).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective internal and client interactions (Mandatory skill).
• Familiarity with QuickBooks for managing financial data and invoices.
• Ability to utilize SAP for managing billing and transaction processes efficiently.
• Knowledge in Accounts Receivable Management for tracking payments and identifying discrepancies.
• High attention to detail for accurate data entry and invoice processing.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate billing documents and process improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate and process accurate invoices to ensure timely billing and compliance with financial regulations.
• Perform daily data entry tasks to maintain and update billing records and ensure data integrity.
• Utilize billing software for tracking billable hours, materials, and client interactions.
• Maintain records of client communications and ensure issues are addressed promptly.
• Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile invoice discrepancies and resolve billing challenges.
• Assist in managing accounts receivable to ensure efficient payment collection from clients.
• Prepare billing reports and summaries for management review and analysis.
• Implement and recommend process improvements for better billing accuracy and efficiency.
