Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Summary: 

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.  As the Senior TA Specialist, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing, and attracting top talent to support our company's growth. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the complete recruitment life cycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  2. Sourcing and Talent Pipeline: Proactively source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a consistent pool of qualified candidates.
  3. Candidate Assessment: Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including resume screening, initial interviews, and skills evaluations. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate subsequent interview stages.
  4. Employer Branding: Promote and reinforce the company's employer brand to attract top talent. Create compelling job advertisements and showcase the organization's values, culture, and growth opportunities.
  5. Candidate Experience: Prioritize delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Ensure timely communication, provide feedback, and manage candidate expectations professionally.
  6. Recruitment Metrics: Utilize recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and assess the overall recruitment process's success. Generate regular reports to analyze key recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with hiring practices and diversity initiatives.
  8. Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor talent acquisition strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the job market.
  9. Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Utilize the ATS to manage and track candidate profiles, applications, and recruitment activities efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience 7+ years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top talent for various roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using social media and professional networking platforms for candidate sourcing and employer branding.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and drive data-based decision-making.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all recruitment activities.
