Job Title: Business Development - Fresher

Location: Onsite – Chembur, Mumbai

Duration: 3 months

We are a performance-driven AI marketing company working across e-commerce, applications, finance, real estate, SaaS, B2B, and B2C sectors. With a growing focus on AI automation and smart marketing systems, we help brands achieve scalable and measurable growth.

We are currently looking for a Business Development Associate who is enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about the business side of marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and market opportunities
  • Assist in generating leads via email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels
  • Support in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and other business development materials
  • Help with follow-ups and coordination
  • Maintain and update CRM tools (like HubSpot, Zoho CRM)

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
  • Interest in digital marketing, AI, and business strategy
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • A learning mindset with attention to detail
