Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships. Daily tasks include organizing and attending meetings with potential clients, providing detailed information about investment opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The position also involves conducting market research, maintaining up-to-date customer records, and collaborating with the marketing team to strategize new initiatives.
Job Description
- Strong sales skills, including lead generation and client relationship management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Vast experience in LinkedIn, reaching out CX and schedule their visit and meeting them in their and generate revenue
- Reaching out HNI clients like CA, Doctors, CXO level clients
- Hard core Real estate experience
- Experience in Business Developement & revenue generation
- Experience in market research and data analysis
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience in the real estate sales
