The rightcandidate will play a Trio role with employees, the company, and LogisticsSupply Partners/First /Last mile Hub on our platform. Prior HumanResources experience is a core competency for this role and we are focused onfinding a business leader whose vision will fully align our organization forsuccess. This role will collaborate with the leadership team to recruit,engage, develop and retain employees at EZ Logistics throughout the EntireEmployee lifecycle. The HRManager ensures that human resource programs support the long -term goals of theboard. This position performs professional work of considerable difficultyoverseeing a range of administrative functions related to human resourcesmanagement, employee development and customer service. RequirementsHR Role& Responsibilities 1:Recruitment & sourcing of candidates, Interviewing and onboarding, managingstaffing - (face -to -face/online interviews); on -boarding of new employees; teambuilding and well -being of the employeesJoiningFormalities of the newly joined employee, Database update and upkeep of the CVsand certificates of candidates, planning for employee's performance appraisal,developing tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development, and providing executive coaching to managers and leaders. · Attract,hire and retain top -quality employees with competitive salaries and benefits, Partner with our leadership team and managers on all things people -related, includingperformance reviews, coaching, employee relations, organizational development,and recruiting LearningDeveloping Responsibilities, Help resolve conflicts/ issues that arise betweenmanager and employee. And all other works which come on demand from time totime Facilitate prompt issue resolution and oversee issue resolution within thedepartment. Timely forward suggested corrective actions or issues needingadditional attention to the Logistics Manager · Trainingfor newcomers, internal team members, or external customers/suppliers if needed· Distributeworkload efficiently among department team members· Manageon -call shifts for department team members· Act asbackup to the Logistics Manager as requested· Suggestprocess improvements· Runstandard reports and metrics regularly, analyze and review findings with theLogistics Manager· Ensureclient satisfaction· Managespecial projects· Activelysupport sales, marketing, and business development· Supportmarketing efforts such as article publications, and launching campaigns through the Digital Marketing Manager Establishaccountability, identify solutions to resolve problems, and foster a diverseworkplace that enables all employees to contribute to the organization to theirfullest potential. RequirementsAdmin Roles& Responsibility: We requirean all -around personality that involves ourselves in various departmentalprojects and a motivator. Someone who has worked in a start -up and done thegrind, ups -downs, and collating people to perform at their best. Experience inhr -tech, Knowledgeof HRMS Tools - Zoho People and Payroll is a must, fintech, on -demand aggregators, food aggregators,logistics, and e -commerce would be a good blend to have. · Managingday -to -day general administration to ensure a smooth and trouble -free operationof the company and coordinate the routing process if needed Manage escalations · Overseeday -to -day operations Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations andprocedures as applicable to Indian companies. · Workingexperience in maintaining statutory compliances as applicable to Indiancompanies. · Workingknowledge of GST compliance; filing of GST returns, Hands -on experience withaccounting · Audit andauthenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements anddistribution, policies etc. · Ensurevendor management and identify venues, caterers and other needs of trainingworkshops and assist with all preparations. · Competencyin Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PPT · Formalitiesdesigning of the Standing Orders Manual with legal compliance under the Shopsand Establishments Act, Contract Labour Act, Payment of Wages Act, Bonus Act,Gratuity Act, PF ESI Act, and other Acts, this will be for all the officesacross India.
