As a Marketing Field Executive at ScoreCity, you will play a crucial role in expanding our merchant network, onboarding new businesses, and driving consistent revenue growth.

Role Summary

The Marketing Field Executive will be responsible for sales-driven outreach, building strong B2B relationships, onboarding local businesses to ScoreCity, and promoting our digital solutions. The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, target-oriented, and comfortable meeting business owners directly to pitch ScoreCity's offerings.

This role combines field marketing, direct sales, merchant acquisition, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify and visit potential local businesses (retailers, service providers, SMEs) for onboarding to ScoreCity.
  • Present and promote ScoreCity's digital marketing and lead generation solutions.
  • Generate high-quality leads through field activities, networking, and community outreach.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition targets.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Convert business owners into paying customers through effective sales pitches.
  • Demonstrate ScoreCity's benefits, digital visibility features, and marketing packages.
  • Drive sales closures and meet revenue targets assigned by management.
  • Upsell and cross-sell marketing plans whenever possible.

3. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients to ScoreCity's platform.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for any queries, support needs, or escalations.
  • Gather feedback from merchants and share insights with the internal team.

4. Branding & Field Activation

  • Represent ScoreCity in field promotions, local events, and networking activities.
  • Promote brand awareness by explaining the importance of digital presence.
  • Conduct basic demos of ScoreCity tools and features.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain daily visit records, lead reports, and status updates.
  • Coordinate with the internal digital and operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Track performance metrics and report progress to the Sales Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
