Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Generate and qualify leads, initiate conversations, and set up meetings with prospects.
  • Solution Presentation: Present our services, value propositions, and solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to understand project requirements and ensure client expectations are met.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate on developing customized proposals and presentations.
  • Sales Reporting: Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools and maintain accurate records.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Market Feedback: Provide feedback from clients to improve services and identify new market trends.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or IT Sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Client Engagement: Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Independence: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of IT and managed services.
