Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Generate and qualify leads, initiate conversations, and set up meetings with prospects.
- Solution Presentation: Present our services, value propositions, and solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to understand project requirements and ensure client expectations are met.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate on developing customized proposals and presentations.
- Sales Reporting: Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools and maintain accurate records.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Market Feedback: Provide feedback from clients to improve services and identify new market trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or IT Sales.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Client Engagement: Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Independence: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of IT and managed services.
