Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Executive/Senior Customer Support Executive role based in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving billing-related issues, and ensuring seamless communication with internal departments. The role also involves handling claims, processing transactions, and maintaining detailed documentation to ensure compliance with company protocols and customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficient communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency in English and relevant regional languages.
  • Expertise in customer service and a strong ability to resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate claims handling and transaction processing.
  • Basic knowledge of medical or dental billing preferred, along with familiarity with revenue management processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in team settings and independently manage time to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using technology solutions relevant to billing and claims management is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or knowledge of healthcare services will be an added advantage.
