About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and high-ownership HR Business Partner to support our core teams during an exciting phase of rapid scale. As part of a small but high-impact HR team, you'll play a critical role in building strong people practices, driving performance culture, and partnering closely with leaders to shape our growing organization.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoys building processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own, manage, and continuously improve the company-wide OKR Framework.
  • Partner with leadership teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and accountability across functions.
  • Drive seamless execution of the Performance Management System (PMS)—goal setting, mid-cycle reviews, calibration, and annual evaluations.
  • Build a strong performance culture through training, manager coaching, and communication.
  • Provide strategic counsel to leaders and managers.
  • Understand team structures, challenges, and workforce plans to deliver thoughtful people solutions.
  • Support leadership in org design, team effectiveness, and change management initiatives.
  • Identify talent gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to improve engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Work closely and sensitively with the TA team to ensure alignment on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
  • Provide insights on team needs, talent mapping, and cultural fit.
  • Build and nurture a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
  • Lead key employee touchpoints—onboarding, check-ins, engagement surveys, interventions, and skip-level conversations.
  • Ensure thoughtful handling of employee relations issues with discretion and empathy.
  • Work with HR Ops to ensure smooth execution of policies, payroll inputs, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in establishing scalable processes fit for a rapidly growing fintech environment.
What We're Looking For
  • 5-8 years of HR experience, with at least 4+ years in an HRBP role (experience in startups or high-growth companies preferred).
  • Strong understanding of OKRs, PMS cycles, and performance frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-scaling environment with minimal hand-holding.
  • High empathy, sound judgment, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong collaboration skills, especially with TA and cross-functional teams.
