Tasks:

  • Independently handling one/more States & reporting to the Regional Sales Manager
  • Expansion of Distribution with effective Sales Channel management.
  • Market Share Increase for all the HLL products.
  • Guiding/ Motivating/ Monitoring/ Training a team to achieve Primary & Secondary Sales Targets

Requirements

Maximum Age: For Deputy Manager / Manager, 40 years as on

Basic pay range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement): Rs /- (For Manager) / Rs – 45000/- (For Deputy Manager)

Annual CTC : Rs.8.50 Lakhs (for Manager) / Rs.7.14 Lakhs (for Deputy Manager) (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the range.

Qualification:

Essential: MBA (Marketing) / PG Diploma (Marketing)

Experience:

Essential: For Manager, 3 years Sales or Marketing experience in FMCG products

For Deputy Manager, 1 year Sales or Marketing experience in FMCG products
