Video Content Coordinator

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our global Performance Marketing team. This role will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that supports advertising campaigns, website experiences, member education and social media engagement across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual storytelling ability, technical proficiency in video editing tools, and a collaborative mindset to work across teams and time zones. Role will require a high output of video content in either volume or variants of videos.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce compelling video content for paid advertising, organic social media, and website use.
- Sourcing approved content from partners and members.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align video assets with brand messaging and campaign goals.
- Optimize video formats for various platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and landing pages.
- Manage video asset libraries and ensure consistent branding and quality across all outputs.
- Support A/B testing and performance analysis of video content to improve engagement and conversion.
- Stay current with video trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital storytelling.
- Assist in scripting, storyboarding, and motion graphics as needed.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of professional experience in video editing and production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Experience creating content for digital advertising and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English communication (Written and spoken) and highly developed collaboration skills.
