Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Assistant Growth Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong analytical mindset, and is passionate about driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will play a key role in executing and optimizing growth strategies to scale our customer base and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
  • Leverage SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and referral programs to enhance organic growth.
  • Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to improve marketing efficiency and ROI.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Masters degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in growth marketing or a related role.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and campaign measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Shopify.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
