Essential Qualifications (as per UGC & HPTU norms):

• Ph.D.
  degree in the management from a recognized university/institution.
• First Class
  at Bachelor's and Master's level in the relevant discipline (MBA)
• Minimum Experience:
• A minimum of
  10 years of teaching/research/industry experience
  , out of which
  at least 3 years
  should be at the level of
  Associate Professor
  or equivalent.
• Must have
  published research work
  of high quality in refereed journals and demonstrated excellence in teaching or industry-oriented work.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Proven track record of
  guiding Ph.D./Postgraduate research students
  .
• Strong academic and administrative leadership qualities.
• Experience in
  curriculum development
  ,
  accreditation (NBA/NAAC)
  , and
  industry–academia collaborations
  .
• Exposure to
  Outcome-Based Education (OBE)
  and modern pedagogical tools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead academic, research, and innovation initiatives within the Management Department.
• Mentor faculty and students for academic excellence and placements.
• Collaborate with industry and academia for consultancy and skill-based projects.
• Participate in institutional development activities and quality assurance processes.
