What you'll be doing:

  • Campaign Execution: Plan, build, and scale ROI-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube with a focus on lead generation (not ecommerce).
  • Tracking & Analytics: Ensure flawless code placement, implement advanced tracking setups, and build dashboards that give real-time clarity on campaign performance.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor sales data daily, run deep performance analysis, and translate insights into actionable refinements that improve KPIs.
  • Planning & Strategy: Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly paid media plans—including festival and seasonal campaigns—aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Testing & Optimisation: Run structured A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and funnels to constantly improve CTR, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.
  • Team Alignment: Lead cadence calls, allocate the right tasks to the team, and ensure campaign performance is always under tight control.
  • Innovation & Automation: Leverage AI and smart automation tools for faster ad creative, landing page variations, and campaign scaling.

What we're looking for:

  • 10+ years of proven success running ROI-focused paid campaigns across Meta Ads ,Google Ads, and YouTube.
  • Strong track record in lead generation for high-value or luxury sectors (not ecommerce).
  • Advanced knowledge of tracking, attribution, dashboards, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in A/B testing, funnel optimisation, and UX/UI insights that drive conversions from affluent audiences.
  • Ability to develop long-term paid media strategies and execute with speed and precision.
  • A performance-first mindset—data-driven, proactive, and always pushing for better results.
  • Confidence in managing weekly and monthly cadence, monitoring daily performance, and making fast, informed decisions.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
