About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining our products or services, generating leads, and converting them into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Maintain a database of customer calls and interactions in CRM or Excel.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize campaigns and strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in [English / Hindi / regional language].
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude.
Good listening and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Minimum qualification: 10th pass / Graduate.
Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
