Role Overview
We are hiring an E-Commerce Executive who will support daily online business operations, order handling, product listings, and basic admin tasks. This role is perfect for freshers who want to start their career in e-commerce, online marketing, and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working on multiple e-commerce platforms (website + marketplaces).
  • Preparing export documents and coordinating with banks for export-related requirements.
  • Updating product listings on the company website.
  • Handling order management and supporting day-to-day office administration tasks.
  • Stock checking and quality inspection of products regularly.
  • Basic photo editing, keyword research, and updating descriptions on social platforms like Instagram & Facebook.
  • Developing online campaigns and helping in promotional activities.
  • Attending walk-in customers and explaining products to them.
  • Sharing creative ideas to support online and offline sales growth.
  • Ensuring timely order processing and smooth delivery coordination.
  • Maintaining a positive, cooperative working environment with colleagues.
