Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new B2B retail business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, and distributors.
  • Develop sales strategies and execute plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Negotiate and finalize business contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
  • Drive expansion of retail network in assigned regions through partnerships and alliances.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.
  • Prepare regular business reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve collective targets.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in retail, FMCG, or consumer durables.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of retail and distribution channels in the market.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to prepare reports and business insights.
  • Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as per business needs.
