Job Summary
Looking for an experienced SCM Manager to oversee supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and dispatch operations for an animal feed manufacturing company. The role involves ensuring timely delivery of products to distributors and farmers across India while driving cost efficiency and operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage end-to-end supply chain operations (procurement, inventory, logistics, distribution).
Lead dispatch and transportation of feed products PAN-India.
Manage warehousing, stock points, and inventory across regions.
Build and manage vendor/transport networks for cost-effective operations.
Lead SCM/logistics teams and ensure compliance with industry norms.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations / Engineering; MBA preferred.
10–15 years' experience in SCM/logistics, preferably in animal feed, FMCG, agri-inputs, or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of PAN-India distribution and dispatch operations.
Hands-on with ERP, MIS, and logistics tracking systems.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills
