About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead insurance-focused digital transformation and managed services initiatives. The role involves understanding client needs, designing innovative AI/GenAI-enabled solutions, supporting pre-sales, and driving large multi-year engagements with measurable business impact.

The candidate will work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams to create scalable, cost-efficient, and future-ready solutions across insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client-Focused Solutioning

  • Engage with clients to understand business requirements and operational challenges.
  • Design end-to-end solutions across insurance functions:
  • Underwriting
  • Claims
  • Policy Administration
  • Finance
  • Compliance
  • Leverage technologies such as AI/ML, Generative AI, RPA, automation, and advanced analytics to deliver innovative and efficient solutions.
  • Build solution blueprints, value propositions, and transformation roadmaps.

2. Pre-Sales & Commercial Leadership

  • Partner with business development teams to define win themes and competitive differentiators.
  • Develop pricing models, SLAs, commercial constructs, and cost optimization strategies.
  • Support proposal creation for large deals, ensuring solutions balance scalability, cost efficiency, and innovation.

3. Large Deal Architecture

  • Lead solutioning for large, multi-year managed services engagements (100+ FTEs).
  • Structure transition plans, governance models, service-level agreements, and risk management frameworks.
  • Provide guidance on compliance, contractual considerations, and global delivery models.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with SMEs, delivery leads, and practice heads to validate effort estimates, timelines, and solution feasibility.
  • Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, and playbooks to speed up future solutioning.

5. Industry & Thought Leadership

  • Stay updated on insurance market trends, emerging technologies, and insurtech innovations.
  • Represent the organization in client workshops, RFP discussions, and industry forums.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in insurance solutioning, pre-sales, and large-scale digital transformation engagements.
  • Proven experience in managing large teams, global delivery, and multi-year outsourcing deals.
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.
