Duties

  • Lead and supervise team members to deliver outstanding service, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet operational goals and expand business opportunities within the unit
  • Oversee profit and loss responsibilities by managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue streams
  • Drive sales initiatives by engaging with clients, identifying new market opportunities, and fostering strong customer relationships
  • Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and reduce operational inefficiencies
  • Manage project timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure successful completion of initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members to promote professional growth and high morale
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development efforts and achieve organizational targets

Qualifications

  • Proven management experience with a strong track record of supervising teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated strategic planning skills with the ability to develop actionable plans aligned with business objectives
  • Strong leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and motivation among staff
  • Experience managing profit & loss statements with a focus on financial acumen
  • Business development expertise with a knack for identifying growth opportunities and expanding client base
  • Project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives from inception to completion
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus
  • Excellent sales skills with the ability to engage customers and promote services or products effectively
  • Effective communication skills to articulate goals clearly and foster collaboration across teams
