Qualifications:
● Experience: 1–3 years in Client Servicing, Sales Coordination, or CRM support, preferably in interiors, architecture, or related industries.
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
● Skills:
○ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
○ Ability to multitask and handle basic project coordination.
○ Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
○ Customer-focused with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Client Relationship Manager to support our sales, business development, and project execution activities. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for interiors, architecture, or plywood products, and who enjoys building client relationships while ensuring smooth project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support:
● Assist in maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
● Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, forwarding them to the appropriate teams.
Business Development Assistance:
● Support sales and marketing teams in identifying prospects and following up on leads.
● Help prepare presentations, proposals, and quotations for clients.
Project Coordination:
● Work with internal teams to track project timelines and deliverables.
● Keep clients updated on progress, approvals, and requirements.
Documentation & Reporting:
● Maintain client records, contracts, and communication logs in the CRM system.
● Generate basic reports on client interactions and follow-ups.
Market Awareness:
● Stay informed about company products, services, and basic industry trends.
Share client feedback and insights with senior management.

Pay: ₹9, ₹20,000.00 per month
