Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilties Include
- Acquiring customers for demat and trading accounts and generating revenue through brokerage
- Managing relationships with an existing portfolio of clients to up-sell and cross-sell products like mutual funds and insurance
- Acquiring new customers through referrals from clients and self-generated leads
- Attending post-result calls and meetings for improved client servicing
- Willingness to travel outside the city
- Conducting regular client meetings and updating the same in the meeting tracker
- Engaging in business development, market scoping, arranging meetings, preparing pitches/decks, and presenting to corporates, HNI, and UHNI
- Being proactive in scouting leads, converting them into meetings, and finalizing sales
- Tracking customer complaints and queries, ensuring turnaround times for customer satisfaction
