Role: Sales Team Leader (3 Years Experience)

We are looking for a skilled and confident
Sales Team Leader
to drive sales growth and manage our sales team. You will lead the team, handle key accounts, build dealer relationships, and ensure sales targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
  • Identify new dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Visit clients, generate leads, and close sales for Aurnum Xterior products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and contractors.
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Train and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    3 years experience
    in sales (Building materials industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and team-handling skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets and grow market presence.
  • Good negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
  • Own vehicle preferred for market visits.
