Job Overview

Blowair is seeking a Senior Human Resources professional to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This full-time position requires up to 10 years of experience in HR practices. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing complex HR functions to support our growing team, focusing on talent acquisition and fostering an engaging work environment.

  • Extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, ensuring the right talent is hired to meet company growth goals.
  • Proven expertise in employee relations, developing strategies to maintain a positive employer-employee relationship.
  • Solid understanding and application of HR compliance requirements to ensure adherence to relevant labor laws.
  • Experience in onboarding new employees effectively, facilitating a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Strong skills in employee engagement initiatives, promoting a productive and harmonious workplace culture.
  • Ability to design and implement effective performance management and evaluation systems.
  • Proficient in training and development, identifying employee training needs for skills enhancement.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with all levels of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection, to acquire top talent.
  • Manage employee onboarding for new joiners to assimilate them into the company culture and processes.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies and initiatives in line with the overall business strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with labor standards and regulations to protect the organization from legal risks.
  • Offer guidance on employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and facilitate resolutions.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through performance management programs and feedback initiatives.
  • Conduct training and development programs to address identified gaps and improve workforce capabilities.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and address human resources issues and create solutions.
