We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Specialist to join our FP&A team. The primary responsibility will be financial reporting and compliance under IND AS, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and smooth audit coordination.

In addition, the role will contribute to FP&A activities such as MIS reporting, variance analysis, and financial insights to support decision-making. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to deepen expertise in financial reporting while also gaining exposure to FP&A and global compliance.

What will you do at Fynd?

Financial Reporting & Compliance (Core Responsibility)

• Prepare Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in full compliance with IND AS.
• Drive month-end closing: accruals, provisions, prepaid entries, reconciliations.
• Expertise in:
• IND AS 116 – Leases
• IND AS 115 – Deferred Revenue
• IND AS 38 – Intangible Assets under Development (IAUD), capitalization & impairment
• Track and reconcile Related Party Transactions (RPTs).
• Ensure accuracy in provision bookings and integrity of financial records.

Audit & Compliance Management

• Act as the primary POC for Big 4 auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for compliance and reporting requirements.

International Compliance & Taxation

• Manage Form 15CA/CB filings and vendor compliance (TRC, Form 10F).
• Analyse DTAA treaties to optimize cross-border payments.
• Handle Dubai Free Zone compliance, including VAT returns and corporate tax filings.

FP&A – Supporting Role

• Prepare and review MIS reports and dashboards for Founder/CXO and Reliance Retail.
• Provide variance analysis (budget vs. actuals, revenue/margin trends, OPEX monitoring).
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning in collaboration with the FP&A team.

Commerce Global P&L Ownership

• End-to-end responsibility for Commerce Global P&L, covering revenue contract analysis to expense management.
• Ensure accurate, compliant reporting of global business performance.

Some specific Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2+ years PQE in Financial Reporting & Compliance.
• Strong command of IND AS (116, 115, 38) and corporate accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with audit coordination, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Exposure to international compliance (DTAA, Form 15CA/CB, VAT, Dubai corporate tax).
• Experience in MIS reporting, financial analysis, and business performance tracking.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently with ownership of deliverables.
