Sales Associate

- Client Outreach: Make a minimum of 120 connected calls per day to prospective and existing clients to introduce and promote the company's services.
- Service Promotion: Clearly and confidently communicate the value and benefits of the company's offerings to generate interest and inquiries.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Handle all client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Sales Conversion: Achieve a minimum target of 2 successful conversions per month, contributing to overall sales objectives.
- Follow-Ups & Documentation: Schedule and conduct follow-up calls as necessary. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using Google Sheets or other assigned tracking tools.
- Needs Assessment: Identify client needs through active listening and offer tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
- Market & Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with company offerings, service updates, and market trends to effectively address client needs and objections.
- Reporting & Tracking: Submit daily work updates and call reports to the assigned Training Manager and ensure that all work is consistently tracked and organized using the designated format (e.g., Google Sheets).
- Professional Conduct: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in communication, behavior, and overall work ethic to represent the company positively and maintain trust with clients.
