About the role, Keynotes:

Profile – Performance Marketing ManagerRole – Full-timeGrade – Associate / Sr. AssociateLocation – Remote - Work from home / anywhereWork hours – Mon to Fri - 12 pm to 9 pm IST

What you'll do?

Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launchPlatforms - Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube, InstagramWorking cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organizationProviding ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholdersDefining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIsBuilding out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid mediaOverseeing and managing the overall budget for paid mediaConducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targetingMaintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies

What are we looking for?

BTech from tier 1 institutions1 to 3 years experience in paid digital advertising or related field, along with exposure in data analyticsStrong Expertise in Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Youtube Ads, and Twitter AdsAbility to derive robust analytics from campaign data for the optimization of campaignsStrong attention to detail and time management skillsSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environmentProactive, organized, and able to work autonomouslyUnderstanding of the online advertising industry and social mediaExperience working with Excel/Google sheets for reporting metrics, including constructing pivot tables, a plus
