Role Description

We are offering a full-time, on-site Mern Stack Developer position at Wits Innovation Lab located in the Mohali district. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, , , ) stack. You will work collaboratively with both front-end and back-end teams, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and ensure code quality through testing and optimization. Your contributions will drive innovative software solutions to support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in MongoDB, , , and for full-stack application development.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with back-end development, RESTful APIs, and server-side rendering.
  • Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality code and performance enhancements.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and development tools such as Webpack and Babel.
  • Proven ability to work on collaborative, Agile-based development teams.
  • Experience working with cloud services (e.g., AWS) and knowledge of scalable, secure application design is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required.
