JOB DESCRIPTION :

Ø He will be doing the Quality control of the products at the factory and assuring the quality in terms of performance, finishing and packaging before dispatch.

Ø QC reports need to be maintained and reported to the management from time to time. Any irregularities in quality needs to be reported to management immediately and he will play an active role in solving them.

Ø Do the inspection of all the shipments to be dispatched from the factory & make sure that it complies with the defined quality parameters.

Ø He will be playing a lead role in testing the newly launched products and/or the related software, hardware for performance.

Ø He will be handling the service queries related to the products from the domestic as well as international customers

Ø He will be making service documents like service manual, spare parts prices etc

Ø He need to visit international market for training service engineers of our distributors and attend exhibitions and seminars

Ø Provide direct service support to all the international distributors.

Ø Effectively communicate with the International metrology & certification bodies for getting the international certifications of our products

Ø Work as bridge between distributor and factory to make sure requirement of distributor are satisfied.

Ø Must have a very good command over communication and deep technical knowledge Should be self motivated.

Minimum Qualifications:-

  • Diploma / BE in Mechanical or equivalent degree
