Role Summary: Acquiring new opportunities in the market. Appointment of new Distributors. Provide Market Research Report for product development. Create Brand awareness
Detailed Responsibilities:
· Gather new leads to develop the business.
· Identify new business opportunities in the market.
· Develop new business in the defined area/Territory by converting leads into business.
· Focus on business continuity with existing clients by providing the best services and keeping a good rapport with the client.
· Provide ground research reports to the management to enhance the product.
· Provide details of the fastest moving market product in the segment from competition to management for new product development.
· Coordinate with operations to provide customers with on-time delivery and services
· Build relationships with clients on the ground for long-term association.
· Ensure customer feedback/Testimony is taken at regular intervals
· Appointment of new Distributors
· Create brand awareness in the market by approaching to highest number of prospects
· Create a presence with all the market leaders in distribution.
· Train sales team on products, product specifications, usage of the products
Qualification (Minimum): Graduation Any Stream
Additional Qualification: MBA Marketing
Skills:
· Should have proficiency in Excel
· Proficiency in written/spoken English
· Great creative mindset and analytical skills
Competencies Required:
· Good Communication Skills
· Leadership & team handling Skills
· Market Knowledge of Pulp & Paper Industry
· Presentation & PPT Skills
· Analytical Skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600, ₹700,000.00 per year
