As we continue to grow online, we're looking for a skilled Google Ads Specialist to lead and optimize our paid media strategy to generate high-quality leads and improve ROI.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Expert / PPC Specialist who is passionate about performance marketing and data-driven results. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Google Ads, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization across multiple platforms, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing).
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, audience targeting, and bid optimization.
  • Write and test high-performing ad copy that increases CTR and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize daily budgets, bids, and ad performance for maximum ROI.
  • Perform ongoing A/B testing to improve conversion rates and reduce CPA.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Implement and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Analytics.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, tools, and policies.⠀

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads / PPC campaigns.
  • Expertise with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven record of improving campaign ROI and lead quality.
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
  • Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Available to work Canadian business hours (EST).
