GENERAL FOREMAN – REQUIREMENT DETAILS

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Gulf return candidates preferred

PROJECT EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in handling residential,commercial and industrial projects

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Site supervision and workforce management
  • Work planning and scheduling
  • Quality control and assurance of site activities
  • Drawing reading and interpretation
  • Proficient in handling site leveling instruments (Auto Level / Dumpy Level)
  • Daily reporting and progress tracking
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

KNOWLEDGE IN CONSTRUCTION WORKS:

  • Civil and Structural Works
  • Masonry and Finishing Works
  • Carpentry and Formwork
  • Steel and Rebar Works
  • Basic MEP Coordination
  • Finishing and Handover Activities

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain quality, safety, and project timelines on site
  • Capable of coordinating effectively with engineers, subcontractors, and workers
