Responsibilities
  • Create accurate policy illustrations based on submitted requests and established procedures
  • Analyze and process illustrations according to business process documents
  • Meet service standards through precise and timely transaction processing
  • Work independently on routine matters with minimal supervision
  • Maintain current job knowledge through continuous learning
  • Demonstrate flexibility in handling various tasks and assignments
  • Make decisions within established guidelines
  • Respond promptly to internal and external stakeholder queries
  • Comply with PGS policies
  • Build strong partnerships with team members and stakeholders
Qualifications


•Education:  Bachelor's degree or equivalent –15 yrs of formal education from recognized and accrediated university.


•Skill set:  Detail-oriented, good comprehension skills, interpretations skills


•Other: Insurance domain knowledge, servicing, transaction processing (ites/back office) industry knowledge
