ob Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage our online presence, build brand awareness, and engage with our audience across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, captions, reels, stories, etc.) for all social media platforms — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, etc.
  • Plan and execute monthly social media calendars and campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions).
  • Stay updated with current social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Respond to followers' comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) if required.
  • Coordinate with influencers or brand partners for collaborations and promotions.
  • Support other digital marketing initiatives such as email campaigns or website content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand tone.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Experience with paid ad management and analytics.
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
